Debt Consolidation news

Many times, i've been told that i must buy a house and move out. When i ask them why, they always say it's for investment. This is not true. If i were to stay in that house, how can i call it an investment? To me, it's a liability, paying so much in order to upkeep and maintain it. Of course, the price will appreciate somehow along the years, but so does interest rates. Even if i were to sell it and make a profit, i still have to fork out a lot to buy another.

And many people i know have also been bogged down by loads of debt this way. I'm reading an article at a blog that echos my sentiments precisely. Here at, debtconsolidationlowdown.com, there's an article that tells you why owning a home is not what you think it is. It also tells you the importance of debt consolidation and how to go about it in order to have better control over your finance. It's definitely a must read!
