Who's buying Las Vegas Real Estate?

When we came back from lunch just now, our cousin was seated in the living hall waiting for us. He brought along his friend, who's a Las Vegas Real Estate agent. Who's buying property in Las Vegas? Hubby? Not that i'm aware of also. I dont think it's my father-in-law either. But i dont mind going there and try my luck out at the casino tables. Who knows. I might win enough and end up with some Las Vegas Real Estate :)
