We're out house-hunting

We went to look at some new housing development in my area this afternoon. Price of property has really gone up quite a fair bit over these few years. Even a small semi-detached unit cost more than 500k easily. And it's unfurnished too.

But my cousin who used to sell Orlando Villas says it's worth the money if we were to buy now. Interest rates are favorable. He says we wont be able to buy anything for less than 1.5mil where he now lives. Since we're not in a hurry to move out, it's best we take our time.
