Water, water, water

Do you know why you have more energy and feel more positive when you drink at least 2 litres of water a day? It's because water keeps the body and skin hydrated and it's essential to maintaining a healthy elimination system, which rids the body of waste matters.

Very often, when you think you're hungry, it's also very likely that you are indeed thirsty. So, try drinking a glass of water first instead grabbing a snack or two. You'll soon notice that those hunger pangs are no longer there. Keeps you healthy and slim at the same time :)

my bladder doesn't quite behave itself. drink a little too much water, and I'd be tripping to the loo every 1/2 hour!
