Sssshhhh.... dont tell my wife i'm having an affair

I just learned from my best friend that one of our friend's husband is having an affair. She's so depressed that she now has to take some prescription drugs to relax herself everyday. I hope this does not lead to prescription drug addiction. Prescription drug abusers generally don't know they're becoming prescription drug abusers until it's already too late.

Sadly speaking, she's not opening up to us. Keeps blaming herself for the way her relationship is now. I wonder if her family members are aware of the problem or not. If only the both of them can sit down and have a heart-to-heart talk. She should not be the one facing this alone.
