Market research help needed

I get a headache whenever i have to come up with an idea for my company's monthly promotion. I've had lucky draw contests, purchase-with-purchase, free gifts with purchase, storewide discounts and so many others that i cannot even remember.

My hair is turning white having to think non-stop. If only i can get someone to do some market research for me. Let me know what consumer really want and need. Then, i wouldnt have to stay up so late and losing sleep in the process thinking of more ideas.
