Foot relaxing exercise

Here are some tips to help you relax those feet of yours ;)

1) Lie down and close your eyes.

2) Lift both legs and pull toward your head; keep knees straight. Feel the stretch along your calves and thighs.

3) Hold the tension for 10 seconds and then release.

4) Repeat 10 times for best results.
