Easy relieve for constipation

People always ask me whether they should take all those fibre supplements when they have constipation. You see, they only ever ask me this when they are badly constipated. Half the time, they ARE constipated. This simply means that they poo like once or twice a week all the time, not daily.

Bad toilet habits are usually prevalent in women, especially working women who has to to rush off to work first thing in the morning. They hardly drink enough water during the day (coffee and tea doesnt count, k), therefore, their body is dehydrated to the point whereby their fecal matter are so impacted that it's hard to get them out.

So, they think by taking in fibre-rich supplement they read about in magazines, it'll make them poo more easily. That is usually not true and will only worsen the situation. The easiest way to clear the backlog is to use an enema. The main point here is to GET IT OUT. Then, improve on their diets by taking in more fruits and vegetables and also to drink water in regular intervals.

Water is still the best remedy for constipation. Start the day by drinking a glass of warm water when you wake up in the morning. Or you can add a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar and honey to it. If you need fibre, another teaspoon of physllium husk helps. Do this everyday and feel the difference. Easy enough.
