This blog's direction
I received a comment earlier by an anonymous reader. I was asked "sam with so many paid add, whos gonna read your blog?" I normally do not reply to anon commentors. But this will be an exceptional case.
Many of my loyal readers already knows that this blog has diversified. Wow, i sound so entrepreneurial all of a sudden, hoh. But it's true. As far as this blog's concerned, it's getting commercialised. What started out as a rantospace intially has, shall i say.... grown up. I'm afterall, a business woman, not just another eat-full-nothing-to-do SAHM that rants behind my computer all day long.
I know many miss the days where they get to read IBS issues, and many other snippets of my daily life, both organic-wise and non. Well, this blog will still touch on those topics occasionally if i deem fit. On another hand, one of the reasons (though many will not agree with me on this) i'm doing paid posts is to proof to my younger nieces and nephew who just left school, their blogs' potential.
Now tell me, how much can a school-leaver earn these days. I mean in Ipoh. Though they make a handsome figure by just giving tuition classes at home, but, if they can sit in the comfort of their bedroom, type in a few words and make a few "extra" ks a month (though it's in RM), i think i'm doing the right thing. Their mom aka my sis is really pleased, no... more than please. Not that i like seeing them working at fast-food outlets or standing at the supermarket, or working as a general clerk.
And dont get me wrong here, i've nothing against nor look down on jobs like this. I've been there, and i dont like it. I've been through many ups and downs of life. I'm not going to elaborate on my past, but lets just say, i've had my fair share of fun. It's my past that makes me who i am today. It's not all about money only, you know. My money comes from my real-life business which easily brings in many many times more than what writing paid posts does. But if one can reap a fair income just from writing, tell me, why not? I've not done this before. And i've proven to myself i can do it. And i kinda like it too.
And to those who thinks it's easy, believe you me, it's really not. Actually i'm pretty amazed at myself for being able to churn out more than 10 posts/day despite having a really busy schedule taking care of my kids sans helper, and helping hubby out with our real-life business. And oh, not forgetting the fact i still knit feverishly too. *thinks... Shall i start a blog on knitting??"
But, as for the above question, perhaps you may not be aware of the fact that i've started some new blogs. They are all listed on my right sidebar for your convenience. Oooh La La shall be a continuation of Myorganiclife. This blog will mostly feature health topics and those once-in-a-while personal rants. OrganicParade.com on health, organic and environmental topics, Myorganicincome.com for money-making topics, and Samanthayeap.com will mostly dwell on issues on living and relationships and matters close at heart. These are still paidposts-free as this moment, but should i come across titles that can fit into those blogs, i may write there too.
Now, please excuse me whilst i continue on living my life the way i want it, trying hard to get those other blogs ranking up, generating more traffic and more readers, tending to my kids needs, contemplate starting more blogs, blahh, blahh, and more blahhh.... thank you!! And i'd appreciate that you add a LINK or bookmark those blogs too.

I just cashed close to RM5K from Bryan. And this is not include those payments I received from cheques, things I had bought with Paypal. So, to those who still look down on paid posts and ads, tell them go enjoy themselves monkeying for the pleasure of the readers for nuts lor. We get paid, right? So who cares...
Yeah, I echo 5x Mom's comments. And I applaud your post *clap clap*. I've people mentioning how they don't trust paid posting and ended up doing PPP themselves. I can even see from their blog how they are trying to maximize on the no of opps per day. Lol.
Frankly, my readership has also dropped but who cares? Those who understand do visit whenever they can. End result, I have more understanding readers who I can relate to and good riddance to those superficial ones. I support you. Don't worry and here's to posting *clink*. Btw, did I say it's pure hardwork doing PPP and non PPP if you want to take up max opps.
Hey!!! I applaud too, what you are doing! And not everyone can do that and do it well, you know? Probably those people who 'complain', they are maybe just a little bit envious that they can't do it! Or don't have the smarts to do it. So, too bad for them. You're doing what you like and getting paid for that, so kudus to you, eh? *remember ah, Lormaikai*
That anon got no balls lah, wanna comment but dare not leave the name!
Never mind, we continue making $$$ and piss all these people who said our blogs got no readers but they read and commment how bad our blogs are.
Money is in our pockets, "chui ya"?
I got a similar comment on my blog too. A hint of sacarsm in it. And for an amateur like me, I didn't take it too lightly, got a little upset with it. Made me feel guilty for a while. But what the heck right? I am earning rightfully, more coffees and less sleeps. Who dare say I don't deserve that?
