Oh... go get some rest!!!

Yeah, yeah, yeah... you've heard of people who survive on 4 hours of sleep everyday. But in reality, just how many can function efficiently on less than optimal sleep? Do you know that you need to get at least 7 to 8 hours of sleep in a day to get fully recharged and to feel completely refreshed?

Dont try to skimp on sleep during weekdays with like 5 hours of sleep, and then try to play catch-up on weekends with 10 - 12 hours long sleep-ins. You'll only end up feeling more tired because you're throwing your body clock out of sync.

To get a good night's sleep, take a warm glass of milk before bedtime. The amino acid Tryptophan will get you to dreamland faster than counting sheep.
