How i relax and destress
I dare say that the Osim iSqueez has been my best investment so far. It's placed to the right of my chair. So, whenever i feel tired, all i need to do is to turn to my right, put my legs in, power on, and enjoy a good 15 minutes of leg massage. Most of the time, i go for two 15minutes sessions.
If i feel like it, i'll light up my aromatherapy burner too. Lavender is my favourite aromatherapy oil. If my eyes are tired from looking at the monitor or knitting too much at one go, i also use the Ogawa Trinity eye massager. These three items in combination relaxes both my body and mind.
