Our old house
My mom moved to a new house last year. So fast, one year already. The old house was our first house, so, she was reluctant to sell it. We've been staying there for almost 20 years. After much persuasion, she was willing to let it go.
Mom has no idea what her house value is. She asked some of the neighbours but none can give her a satisfactory answer. We told her that over the years, the property value has gone up. Companies like eppraisal.com takes the mystery out of home valuations by gathering recent real estate information and providing users with an estimated value range on what their property could be worth. All she needs to do is to get her house appraised. Then, she can sell it off at whatever price she wants and yet make a handsome profit.
Oh, well, it's been more than a year. I hope she get it sold soon.

Rebuild would be best, unless you like the retro kind! And I meant most of the electrical wiring and piping! Need to fix solar panels onto the roofing tiles too. But damn chun house. Pity just a little bit small for a big family. Only two bedrooms.. :*
2ROOMS?????????????? Haiyo, rebuild's the ONLY option loh. If not, no changing room, no music room, no study, no this, no that.... How big is the land? Current built-up area? How much asking?
Damn big.. actually, there were three rooms, but somewhere along the line, my mom converted two rooms into one!! Really fatt hao summore!! Made her bedroom big big with a built-in bathroom from that! Actually, I have no friggin' idea the actual measurements..
All I know is:
1 aircon HUGE bedroom, with walkin bathroom, with bath.
1 aircon second room.
1 REALLY HUGE kitchen (great for stand alone modules)
1 BIG wet kitchen
1 aircon dining room
1 WC
1 bathroom with shower
1 living room
1 open air (doorless) garage
1 pretty good sized garden (corner lot mah)
1 utilities (sai sam) area
1 rambutan tree
1 very ONG bamboo plant
No wifi yet
Will find out asking price next summer when I get back!! LOL! Sorry, a bit half baked..
