How to get rid of whiteheads

Whiteheads found on the forehead, around the nose and on the face are usually caused by poor starch digestion. Use clay packs on the face or use aloe vera as a lotion or a salve may help. Start from within. Cut down on the heavy starches, breads, and wheat cereals for a while. There are a few starches that especially bring whiteheads on. They are wheat, oats, rye, buckwheat and potatoes. Stop taking these for a while. Instead, use millet and brown rice.
