Gordon is growing up so fast right before my very eyes
I went to bed with a somewhat full stomach at 1am last night and woke up at about 15 to six just now. Turn on the pc and read some blogs. Had a bowl of Organic muesli with milk, and then continued with Malcolm's vest sitting on the bed.
I, in fact like the wee hours of the morning, when everything's still quiet. Gordon sat up and looked at me for a few seconds, and went back to sleep. I heard him giggle in his dreams a few times, how cute. My lil boy has grown so much. Hubby went to KL last night. Am supposed to go for my Obs appointment this afternoon, but have decided to go shopping with Gordon instead. I want to spend more time alone with him, taking him out and all that.
When Malcolm comes, i've to stay home a lot as i'm a breastfeeding mum and Malcolm will definitely be on exclusive breastfeeding. I still havent ordered my Sarong sling yet. Hope it comes back in time. That'll keep prying and inquisitive eyes away when i'm breastfeeding Malcolm in public areas. Not that i mind, used to it since Gordon's breastfeeding days. But with the sling, breastfeeding Malcolm "on the move" will be much easier.
I think Gordon has finally understood that baby is on the way. A friend came by a few days ago and brought along their baby boy, aged 1 and a half. I was surprised that Gordon hugged him and gave him a kiss on his cheeks, and kept saying, "bebe.... bebe....". He hardly does that at all. Even when his cousins come over, he seldom leaves the room to go play with them and prefers to just stay inside and watch tv or read his books. Perhaps he finds them a tad on the rowdy side.
Gordon's a loving child. When i rub cocoa butter onto my tummy after my bath, he'll come and help me massage the lotion. He'll imitate my movements and smile as his little hands glides over my tummy in a circular motion, saying "bebe" all the time. Sometimes, he'll just put his head against my tummy and hug me. I've told hubby to take some pic of him doing that, but he's a bit busy lately. Moreover my old camera takes a million years to start and focus and by the time it's all set up, Gordon's long gone. Sigh..... time to get new one.
I really hope to get a few decent preggy pics with Gordon before i pop soon next month. The great countdown has indeed begun.

Awww....so nice.....
Hey, did you take lots of preggers pics? The sight of Gordon helping to rub the tummy must be so sweet.
"Malcolm will definitely be on exclusive breastfeeding....."
Chan ker moe? Loe kung moe fun sek meh?
LOL
Breastfeed in public..? There was a HUGE controversy about this (which we never really heard about, because it was in the Malay papers only. Whatever that says about them. There were some really NASTY and sexist comments.)
Morally-hypocritical perverts will be able to sneak looks at a bare breast. I'd feel really, really volated.
And then, these pervs will insult the woman for being shameless. They fantasize about it for days, search for porn to release themselves. And some of the more twisted ones might assault some poor girl.
Omni - something liddat. Still darned skinny with only a tummy to show, lol
zara's mama - yes, i'd better do it fast. dont wanna miss this once in a lifetime pic.
simmie - i have all those piccies in my hard disk. Still not into scrapbooking now.
5xmom - i know, oh..... how i'm gonna miss that when i pop. but then, i think he'll still come and rub my tummy even after i pop.
cocka - i'm not depriving him of any if he wants. i've got plenty to go around, want me to dhl u some fresh milk next time.
anon - who cares about them. not that i breastfeed openly in public baring my breast for all to see. i do it as discreetly as possible.
Yup, totally agree... the moment's gone too fast and if possible, I'd like to have a camera in-built to my hands LOL
