Reason for my mood swings confirmed at last!!

Day 42

I did exactly what i wrote in my last post. I took a few days off. I'm feeling much much better now, readers.

I took Gordon back to my mom's house on Thursday. All his cousins are at home as it's the school holidays. He had a really great time playing all day long. His cousin sis pushed him all over the house on her bicycle. Ran all over the place and shrieked with delight as he watched her strollerskate. He's very fascinated with the blinking lights on the skates. Took him home for his nap in the late evening.

We did not do anything much on Friday. Went to the doctor but then he wasnt in. Should have called earlier. Stayed home most of the time for the rest of the day. Read "Peter and Jane", ABC & 123 books and watched endless Sesame Street vcds on tv. I bought a sesame street preschooler learning software meaning to play that with him on the computer. But the stupid programme wouldnt run on my computer after installation. So, had to take it back for an exchange some other day.

I went to the doctor again to check on my mood swings on Saturday. It finally turned out to be an extreme hormonal imbalance case. I've already suspected earlier that it could be due to that. I've even confirmed my earlier suspicions by using an ultra high-tech medical device but nothing beats going to the doctor for the final verdict. I've got that all on paper, but my old scanner refuse to cooperate and communicate with my new pc. So, i cant put the verdict up for all to see at this moment. Maybe later when i go out and buy a new one.

So, it turns out that i WILL NOT be getting my OSIM I-medic Massage chair for this Christmas. All my hard work giving hubby all those foot reflexology and exotic massages went down the drain. I will not get to experience ultra hot & steamy sex on the massage chair after all. I wont be able to blog on that and i was so looking forward to it, hahaha. It seems that people afflicted with my current medical problem CANNOT use the massage chair AT ALL. All my plans for the coming year will also have to be changed or carried forward to some other time.

So, my dear dear readers. Rejoice with us. It shows 2 lines. Gordon's gonna be big brother soon. Our family is expanding. Although i wont be getting my Osim, i'm getting a BABY. Isnt that great. Arent i just blessed. Isnt this the best 4-lettered word? Better than Osim anytime. All i want to do now is rest a lot, no sex and pray that i pass 1st trimester safely and without complications. I'm 6weeks now.... way to go, man. It's so tiny, about the size of a sesame seed; can you imagine that? Some people say it's taboo to tell at such an early stage, but then, i wanted to share my joy with all of you. So, ssshhhh.... not too loud, k.

This coming eight months will be very special times with Gordon. He's gonna have me all to himself for eight more months. After that, he'll have to learn to spend time with me together with baby. He's a loving child and i know he'll definitely adore his new baby. Hopefully by then, he'll also like going to school. My timing not bad, huh. Just as i planned.
