Sterculia Monosperma tree

Took this picture of these "phang kor", also scientifically known Sterculia Monosperma or you can simply call it Chinese Chestnuts. This tree is just right outside our house. It's full of these pods now. Very sought-after in my neighbourhood. Once ripened, we can pluck it. Tastes great when boiled in hot water with some salt added. Will take pics of it when i get hubby to pluck some down for me. This, you've gotta wait, k.
